In response to #16 proposal to move current wiki content to static HTML pages and make redirects (was this what we ended up with?

[ ] send a message to TDWG-Content with warning about sunsetting
[ ] work with Dimitris to send message to IG/TG convenors
[x] move the content [to GitHub?]
[ ] update website to remove from menu
[ ] make a news item for home page
[ ] set up redirects

is it easy to set up a simple redirect to the wiki archive at https://github.com/tdwg/wiki-archive? @mdoering

@peterdesmet can you send out the note to TDWG-content ASAP? Or find someone else to do it. I am not sure I have a complete handle on the plan so I am not offering.

It looks like this redirect is defined. Can this issue be closed?
