I made two minor edits on the text you added, but one of them might not have been in the right "direction". The quote includes references to two footnotes; I removed the last reference "5" before understanding that it was a footnote reference. It probably would be better to go in the direction of completeness and add the footnotes themselves, rather than removing the references.

What do you think?
