In the SDD standard's metadata on the TDWG web page (generated from scripts and data here, I believe), the standard is described as having two parts. The first has the permanent IRI show as:
In the Citation metadata, again this permanent IRI is given as: http://rs.tdwg.org/sdd/doc/introduction/
but in that case, without the manual substitution of a different URL, so it 404s.

Shouldn't there be a redirect that turns http://rs.tdwg.org/sdd/doc/introduction/ into https://sdd.tdwg.org/primer/
I don't know where our permanent IRI redirects are managed so can't make a fork and PR.
