Move GitHub Pages to repo root #10

If this PR is merged, the settings for GitHub Pages should be changed to use the root directory on the master branch.

I merged this PR and then changed the Pages setting so that the repo root is the base.

It now says "GitHub Pages failed to build your site. Page build failed." but I can't see the actual logs. It worked in my fork so I don't know what happened.

With some clicking around, I didn't find any logs but I did find a "Rerun" button. It has built correctly this time.
