Assign properties to TaxonomicName and TaxonomicNameUsage classes #15

TaxonomicName and TaxonomicNameUsage are the class names we have decided to use for now. Next step is to assign properties from TCS or TDWG Ontology to these classes.

To be completed early December 2019.

A start has been made in https://github.com/tdwg/tnc/blob/master/specification/classes-and-properties.md.

We will be discussing this at our next meeting (#20), but any comments ahead of time and/or from people who won't be able to make it to the meeting will be much appreciated. People can make comments in this issue or in the document itself.

I have deleted that document and put a new one in its place, https://github.com/tdwg/tnc/blob/master/specification/tnu.adoc, as it was very hard to annotate the old document and also because I think we need something that looks a bit more like the specification we are trying to develop.

I have taken a bit of a 'soft healers make stinking wounds approach', so please note that this is just a discussion document, or a straw man if you like, for you to stick knives in. I do think though that I've picked up everything in TCS.

The document has 'Discussion' blocks with every class or property. People can make their comments there, or in this issue, or create new issues if deemed appropriate. Issues and/or comments in issues can be linked back to from the document. Also, feel free to edit other parts of the document.
