Buff Times Not Showing #24

As the title states, I'm having an issue with VCB displaying time remaining for buffs and debuffs. It's only displaying an ellipsis in the stead of where the time should be. I've tried changing and toggling every timer setting and enabling/disabling "Show buff timers" in the interface options.

Same issue for me. Instead of timers or ellipsis it shows "--". Tried the above plus deleting WTF folder and trying to use it without any other addon. No change and no idea what is wrong. Using it with a clean German WoW without any other addons works though.
