Improve user-friendliness of profile creation #11

Using only the numeric ID that the Profile dialog asks for, it is possible to 
both obtain the profile name and access the account's game list.

This means it is possible to replace the screen that asks for both the ID and 
the profile name to be typed in with a screen that simply presents a list of 
profile names for the user to select from.
