新增 is-active 或 is-pressed 的 Button？

現在的 ts-dropdown 或 ts-collapse 都支援 data-active 可以讓物品展開時，在按鈕套用指定樣式

但是按鈕一直都沒有一種「正在啟用」或是「按下」的效果可以對應這個功能，讓每次展開某個東西都變得不是很直覺

現在的 GitHub, Google Account 都沒有按下去之後 Active 的樣式而且黑色的按鈕根本沒辦法表達 Active 的樣子
