Try to get typescript, tailwind, etc - modern tool chain into the frontend toolchain

as this project is basically making widgets, it would be expected to have a great portion of UI work, therefore it would be good to explore the possibility to use modern tool chains such as React, Typescript, tailwindcss, etc to boost the plugin’s UI development workflows
