Switch APIs #18

The weatherstack API has been returning incorrect values. If the team does not return my messages, I will switch to a better API.

I personally have found this to be very useful. Current weather and future forecasts available for free. I haven't used this yet, but I've been looking into it. Also free and can't go wrong with a .gov site.
