Design activities header #2

Each activity readme file should have a compact header specifying the activity attributes (time, number of participants, number of instructors, ...). Use something similar to PŠL style (Zlatý fond her), ideally with icons.

Icons are not a good choice -- we would lose Markdown readability. However, the template has been simplified and an attribute table added.
