Identify one or more key findings from Zeus that we can reproduce.
Write another notebook 04-reproduce.ipynb to reproduce that result and expand on the lessons of the earlier notebooks

We are going to reproduce Fig 2a:

Notes:

Don't re-invent stuff or use outside sources for stuff when there is already code in their repo that does that stuff
Plan ahead re: getting and using resources
