Temperature tower consistently fails in same level despite modified temperatures #415

Hello.

I've printed 3 temperature towers using different temperature profiles but there is always some loose extruded material hanging off the bridge in the 1st and 4th level. It looks like the extruded material sticks to one end of the bridge but doesn't go all the way across to the other end of the bridge and ends up hanging off one side of the bridge. It's only a single line of extruded material in both locations.

This happens in the same levels (1st and 4th; the roof of level A and level D as per your picture on the website) despite using a "good temperature" from the previous tests. I feel like there is something wrong with the motion code. It could also be some physical problem with my printer that happens at the exact same X,Y and Z coordinates.

I'd like some help to diagnose the problem. I can't attach the G-code on pastebin because it says it's too long so I've attached 2 text files below.

Thank you in advance.

1. temperature 190 to 210.txt 2. temperature 200 and 210.txt

I built a model of a tower similar to yours, used the settings you've specified on the website and printed my own tower. It gave me better results than the G-code from the website. My problem is solved but you might want to look at your code to figure out what's going wrong. If you do figure it out, I'd love to learn what was going wrong so a reply here would still be appreciated.
