Working on calibration of a new Ender 5 Plus and Z-axis reversed on its own when sending first layer code? #447

I had used the configurator on https://teachingtechyt.github.io/calibration.html#firstlayer to setup the G-code for testing forst layer. However when it went to do the calibration the Z-axis of the printer was reversed? Prior to this the axis had been working correctly moving in the correct direction. Not sure how that happen and not sure home to correct it. I sent the g-code file to the printer using pronterface application.
