[bug] Generated G-code ignoring printer-set Z offset on E3V2 #481

I saw that on all tests, the print was running in midair (i.e., z-offset being ignored). In this temperature.gcode (some of the end was cut out due to pastebin limits), the print ran in midair, nullifying anything useful that would've come out of the print. I'm printing through Cura, but printing through octoprint does the same, will try a local print in a second.
