CAN 33.33kbps for the GMSWCAN be supported? #10

I'm using a Freescale MC33897 single wire CAN transceiver with Collins Kidders due_can on a custom due board and would like to use Teensy 3.2 instead.

After a lot of studying figured out how to setup the timing. Tested receiving and transmitting with extended and normal with filters and without on Chevy SparkEV SWCAN bus. Submitted pull request.
