Ad loader custom native and banner support. #227

Ad loader now supports and requests custom native and banner. Same admobLandscape test ad (PID.admobLandscape) used in both InReadAdmobTableViewcontroller and NativeAdmobTableViewcontroller for comparison. In InReadAdmobTableViewcontroller the banner is returned, but not in NativeAdmobTableViewcontroller. There we only get: "didFailToReceiveAdWithError: Request Error: No ad to show.".
