Unknown issue #38

Me again lol. Playing through game again since it's all finished, got to city- build a smeltery. I placed it without wand but it glitched out and then I couldn't access any of the buildings- also told me no town hall- which I had and was at level 3. I tried the bq_admin default load which had fixed that issue before- no dice. I then rolled my game back to the last back up. It fixed the issue even if I had to redo a bunch of stuff but now when it tries to save backup it says java.io.exception error can not save world. Which worries me I don't want to try to place smeltery again if I have to keep rolling back my game to old save because I can't save new backups. Not sure what this issue is. Any ideas?

could you post your log file here?

Hope this is what you were looking for. It crashed on me again. So I do have a crash report listed from 7/27 also. latest.log

I will take a crash report. It looks like it says your out of memory though

Well memory shouldn't be an issue- I have a whole drive that I only use for minecraft. Perhaps how much memory I have allocated through Twitch? Here's the last crash report. crash-2020-07-27_16.29.43-server.txt

The crash report still says out of memory so yeah it would be how much is allocated through twitch

Well got it loaded and then it glitched again said I had no town hall couldn't access sheepherder building. Crashed when I tried to close out to restart game. I allocated max memory twitch would allow me. Does it still say memory problem? latest.log

Reloaded and can not access any mine colonies buildings now lol. I have a sneaking suspicion I am dealing with two issues. One was memory-hopefully that was fixed but now mine colonies is broken somehow.

Did you load a backup of your colony from before this happened? Also, the log says nothing - no error or crash.

So strange- I did load a backup of my game when the first crash happened when I place the smeltery. I had access to the mine colonies buildings- then the backup game issues happened and I was afraid to keep building. Then no access to colonies again and no town hall issue lol. Can't figure it out- maybe I should try to just do another reload of back up and do all the quests again. Now that hopefully the memory issue is resolved?
