Chat messages aren't saved in the server log if "paper-workaround" is enabled. This also breaks the DiscordSRV plugin (messages come from the discord to the game chat, but not from the game chat to the discord)

Paper 1.19.3, NoChatReports 1.1.0

This is happening to me too, the plugin is breaking discordSRV
