all tweaks removed on server reload #87

I reloaded my server and now none of the tweaks are enabled, all of the tweaks I had previously enabled are disabled in the config file and now I have to go through the .yml file and re-configure everything

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. enable some of the tweaks
  2. /reload your server
  3. now none of the tweaks are enabled anymore
  4. See error

I would expect all the configs to stay the same as I set them if possible.
