Rotation wrench does not work #98

The rotation wrench for both redstone and glazed terracotta does not work. The wrench can be crafted, but right-clicking a redstone or glazed terracotta block does nothing. There are no error messages in the server log.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Craft a rotation wrench.
  2. Right-click on a redstone or glazed terracotta block.
  3. No rotation occurs.

The server is running Paper 1.21 build 126 with Teak's Tweaks version 1.11.2-beta.
