Another playground for teal #596

I just got a new playground for teal using a Lua interpreter compiled to wasm here https://mingodad.github.io/tl/ , the source is here https://github.com/mingodad/tl/tree/dad-playground/playground and a pull request is here https://github.com/teal-language/tl/pull/595 .
