Yucca Leaves, Leaf Carpets, and Hedges are missing their properties including pricking, Yucca Leaves having a slightly smaller collision box, mob pathfinding avoiding them, and granting part of the "Sliced & Diced" advancement, and instead Kousa Leaves, Leaf Carpets, and Hedges have all of these properties instead.
This even happens on atmospheric-1.18.2-4.0.0-beta1b with no mods other than Blueprint installed.
