Various plants cannot be placed atop arid sand

Currently, this includes:

• Seagrass
• Searockets (UA)
• Wild Crops (farmers Delight)
• Sandy Shrubs

This should totally be a thing because you can put seagrass on normal sand fine. It's probably some kind of issue with the canSustainPlant thing
