The functionality is identical, as the LockableLootTileEntity's static method checks for a correct instance of that tile entity type.
Additionally, it allows for Lootr support by providing the current world generation context.
1.16.5 version is no longer supported, but when our 1.18 version releases the structure will be created completely using JSON & NBT.
