[1.20] Banana Plants that spawn on sand now create gravel in place of non-sand blocks

I dug the soil around this one to make sure it wasn't a dupe of #194 so the screenshot is a bit of a recreation

wasn't the case previously, can sometimes look a bit strange around beach borders and doesn't make too much sense
