[Suggestion] Compatibility with my Ladder Mod #29

I attached the datapack files necessary for this above. Essentially, if a ladder is tagged as a "ladder" under forge items and forge blocks, it will then work with my own mod that allows a player to quickly place ladder up & down, making it easier to build with them and place them.

So, it's been a while since I posted this but the tags I am using is now in minecraft/tags instead of forge/tags.
