Description 📒

정각 단위로 모집 공고 마감 기한을 설정할 수 있다. 스프링 스케줄러로 1시간에 한 번씩 마감된 모집 공고 목록을 확인하여 RecruitmentProgress 값을 COMPLETION으로 업데이트한다.
