Just added the death sound, haven't hooked it up yet.

Cancel blink when blinking into wall and fix blink bugs 0a4faa1f724409bffcee1fdadfd7403edc690797 and 816fc47800ae7231c21c818e5d1b61b7f375e9eb

This should also fix the bug where you can't blink right after the blink bar fills up a section.
