Level Editor Requests #3

Features

[ ] Level loading
[x] Right click to remove blocks
[ ] Add triangles
[x] Block selection + dragging
[x] Start and end points (start point will be character and will show the scale of level naturally)
[ ] Move minimap to top right (toggle for minimap too?)

Bugs

[x] Block drawing still occurs when level editor is not the selected application

Extras

[ ] Option to Click and drag the view. (possibly use shift or control) allows for precise movement
[x] Status bar + menu bar
[ ] Set width and height of entire level

Updated with organized priorities/types and updates on some of the feature requests

Bug: Arrow keys remove grid and rectangles for some reason
