Screen cropped in FS, possibly Gnome top bar related. #605

Mageia 9 (also build system), Gnome 44.2 X11, Nvidia 535.129.03. The image should demonstrate the issue. Top of the screen where the top bar is is black, along with the sides. Aspect ratio is not affected by this, so that's a good thing. ;) I tested it in Openbox as well, no problem there, FS works as expected.

I was writing this late at night, I'm ill and English isn't my native language, so the correct word instead of 'cropped' is shrunk, as there is no image information lost, it's just smaller than it should be.

After checking for various CLI parameters, I tried -noframe and that fixes the problem. Interesting, since the description of -frame says it's default for window and disabled for fullscreen and -noframe is its opposite. Nonetheless, problem fixed.
