This ticket is to manage adding YAMP ARM edition to this repository.

Current status: I tried to create YAMP aarch64 container image on the Shippalbe CI process to register it to a container registry. But unfortunately the build time exceeds the maximum build time: 60 minutes. Anyway, I merged current code to master branch. It's good timing to merge it.

My next actions to solve this issue.

Waiting the Works on ARM will be available for us. That solves the limitation of build time 60 minutes. But in parallel, I will try to proceed below ways as a second plan. => So far no progress. But it's optional.
Basically the best practice of the unit of the container is "1 process, 1 container". I would consider split the unit of the container from current 1 container to 2 or 3 containers where each build time is less than 60 minutes. => ✅ maybe solved. I did split built containers to run those multi CI jobs rather than 1 container on 1 job.
According to the conversation in the reported ticket at qemu-user-static, the Java issue on QEMU only happens on an old version used for qemu-user-static. It is fixed on the latest QEMU. So, I will look for how to use the latest QEMU for qemu-user-static, digging the source code. => ✅ solved.
Promoting pre-built package on Debian package. Now 3 long build time packages including bowtie2. => not yet. But it's optional.
