feat: add `.gitignore` into template #101

when using vue-sfc-rollup, everything is fabulous—seriously—but the only thing I feel somewhat uncomfortable about is that it does not come along with a .gitignore file automatically.

Looks good! I'll merge this now, and in the next week or so will be pushing out a new release. Keep an eye out!
