Add a property "DisplayIn"

Add a property named "DisplayIn". This property will control, where the output for the chart is generated. Possible values:

chWebBrowserControl (default today, renders the chart in the webbrowser Control)
chSystemBrowser (renders the chart in the systems webbrowser, already possible today)
chWebBrowserActiveX (for further use, renders the chart in a webbrowser activex control)
chImageControl (for further use, renders the chart and displays it in a n image control)
