feat(DEV-12084): make default option for counterparts contacts

• Counterpart menu will have the default tag
• By default the default tag will be applied to the email of the organization once a counterpart is created
• We will add a button make default on a contact under a counterpart, that will make the contact default (the tag will move to that contact)
• Remove alerts for email on reminder sections
