Any info. This feat request must have further definition on what 'files' to maintain. @BernabePosadas

I think those might refer to the ff. Admin: maintaining of users User: collection of book records

to clarify:

its most likely a system maintenance. you can check for users and reset their password if forgotten(traditional) info must not modified only the user can do those.

for other records. admin has full privileges on what to do with them(except transaction based ones where viewing is only allowed)

i think of this feat cause it a basic requirement for all IS(Information System) project in our school.

@BernabePosadas Renaming this as "Information System" will clear up confusion
