[Windows] Auto selecting two players in Sega Genesis #310

Even if I'm playing with just one controller (like the PS3 Controller), when run multiplayer games like Mortal Kombat or Altered Beasts, the emulator auto select the second player and uses the same controller input for the two characters.

Known issue. Mapping controllers to controller slots isn't done yet. I'll update the release notes.
