Update webhookds docs and add webhook payload linting #100

Summary

  1. Update the webhook JSON schema URL to the latest version.
  2. Update existing webhook payload samples to conform to the JSON schema.
  3. Add a custom script to lint the documented webhook payloads.

A follow-up PR will add the how to migrate guide.
