This is a long shot, but in the last 50 (maybe 30) rounds we don't care about resources quite as much. We could have all carriers return to HQ to do a final dropoff and then run at either the closest enemy island (probably well defended) or possibly the one most behind enemy lines. Most carriers will die, but there's a chance to remove an anchor and that could result in a win based on most controlled islands.
