[2019 Jul New Feature]

Add addition statistic for "number of shifts attended" for each User on each card on the Event Assignment Page Counts the number of shifts that the User has susseccfully completed (attendance approved) Location: Add as a new line on the existing "clock" icon ("Years of Exp" Icon)

@ZinTun @soechun Tested on production. Hard to verify exactly but I will treat it as working correctly. Can close. Duplicated on #163

Tested on Volunteer "Jared Ho" (20 Shifts as of 15 Oct 2019)
