Version is not in sync with actual API #8

The version release of this product should reflect the API from which it mocks. That is, the current version here is 0.5.0 but the actual API is at least 2.0.0 https://developers.telnyx.com/docs/api/v2/overview

I recommend you change your release versions to better reflect what you're mocking.

Note that using different release branches 1.x, master (2.x) you can support each API version supported by Telnyx and reflect those API versions in the versions here.
