google closure compiler

• split gulp file into unitary task files for better maintenance
• add release task
• replace gulp-rollup with rollup-stream as the first didn't seem fit for our tests
• remove test task until it is configured to work with es6
• add filesize checks
• add google closure compiler option
• config file for gulp is gulp-config.js

How to:

• dev + watch => npm run gulp-dev
• release => npm run gulp-release
• try google compiler => npm run gulp-google

Options:

• --sourcemaps => to generate sourcemaps on build task
• --uglify or --googlecompiler to choose minification plugin
