Details

Problem

Currently, all users reply to bot messages in the common chat. However, it's noisy as the number of people grows.

Idea

Here's another scenario:

At the meeting time:
- The bot sends the Meeting time! message to a Chat
- The bot asks daily meeting questions in the Private Chat
The user replies there
At a specific time (e.g. 30 minutes after the start of the daily meeting), the bot
- Collects the (updated) messages in Private Chats
- Sends a report to the Chat
Then, every reminder_period minutes, the bot reminds in the Private Chat to reply to daily questions
