Sensor/PID toggle switches on OI #30

We will have a whole bunch of sensor and PID toggle switches switches on the OI. The switches will be two position switches, on being the associated sensor/pid is enabled and off being disabled. Each PID controller and switch should already have an enable/disable function in it's associated subsystem.

PID Controllers

[x] Mobility Rotation/Gyro (This switch will toggle both the rotation PID controller and the Gyro sensor)
[x] Mobility Straight/Distance
[x] Shooter Speed
[x] Shooter Azimuth

Sensors

[x] Mobility Encoder Left
[x] Mobility Encoder Right
[x] Shooter Azimuth Encoder
[x] Shooter Azimuth Limit Switch
[x] Shooter Speed Encoder
