Make the TurnDegrees command be able to turn accurately at a faster speed (currently it moves like a snail) #5

Probably can be achieved easily by just accounting for gyro offset, though remains to be unseen how much that can actually help (i.e. at what speed would it break?). Needs to be done before Thursday, though it isn't the biggest concern. If it isn't done before Thursday then it doesn't need to be looked at anymore necessarily as we probably won't be using the command in the future (I think)

Vivek added his input on the matter (through DM), basically create an algorithm where the power decreases as the Romi is getting to its target angle.
