Add Konami Code #23

@gisellegk and I were talking about adding support for the Konami Code to the bingo site since it's a video game theme.

I found this repository that can run a function when the code is entered. All we need to do is think of what we want to happen.

random brainstorming: change the color scheme? activate 2 player mode?? Make an 8 bit character pop up on screen and start doing random stuff?

also we should probably ship this and then add the new feature ?? we need to post this to CD sooner rather than later :)

I've posted it to Chief Delphi here. We'll have to wait and see how much traction it gets.
