Random Board Button #6

Create a button that you click to generate a new board. It doesn't have to actually do this yet but

[x] Write the HTML for the button (stick it in the header or something for now
[x] Use CSS to style the button and make it look cool
[ ] Bind the button to an empty JavaScript function. We will fill this in later.

I'm going to close this issue now, though the button's not bound to anything. Leaving that to @TJScalzo since he's working on #7 and I'd love to avoid merge conflicts haha
