Revamp use of layouts and includes #110

We have a bunch of duplicate layouts that could be done differently. There are also several includes that could be integrated into the layouts. I'm going to try and model some of the things after how things are done here.

One way to organize the includes would be to make sub-folders to separate them.

This was a good idea that never was followed through on. If anyone is interested in tryin this out, please feel free to reopen this issue.
