Jekyll reference link has changed #117

  1. Check changes with a local offline copy before committing to master. See Using Jekyll with Pages - Installing Jekyll for how to do this.

I went to this page because i need to set up my new machine, but it redirects to a less straightforward page. To get the instructions I'm used to seeing, I used the Wayback Machine but I recommend updating the README with a more current page with these instructions or creating our own set of instructions (which we then need to keep up to date)
