Fix CSS for Large Raffle Meter #121

[x] Change size less
[x] Make outlines look better (X)
[x] Fix size of "raffle has ended" text so it doesn't overflow
[ ] Figure out if there's a way to make it not highlightable
[ ] Redo class names?
